Check rental eligibility before making a reservation
A guest name on a reservation does not establish permission for paid rental activity. Marriott's published Abound reservation acknowledgement restricts commercial use, and the applicable ownership documents and reservation terms need to be reviewed. Do not assume a Club Points reservation and an owned-week reservation have the same rental rights.
Plan personal travel before committing inventory
Share your preferred vacations before points are allocated or a week is elected. Election, banking, borrowing, reservation, and cancellation decisions can affect your options. The team evaluates the rules and timing rather than assuming an action can be reversed.
Coordinate the permitted guest details
For eligible managed stays, we coordinate the required guest information, confirmation, communications, and payment activity under the agreement. Resort check-in policies, occupancy limits, and any applicable guest charges still apply.
Understand deadlines and owner proceeds
Contact us before points approach expiration or a reservation enters a restricted cancellation period. Rental timing and income are not guaranteed. Your written agreement explains the revenue basis, owner share, applicable costs, and payout schedule for eligible rental activity.

Are Marriott Bonvoy points included?
No. Marriott Bonvoy hotel rewards are separate from Marriott Vacation Club ownership. The review focuses on your vacation ownership.
Can all Club Points reservations be rented?
Do not assume that they can. Paid rental and commercial-use restrictions depend on the applicable documents and reservation terms. Eligibility must be checked before marketing.
