Eligibility must be reviewed
Management support depends on your particular ownership and the activity proposed. Guest registration does not establish paid rental permission. Applicable commercial-use restrictions, reservation rules, account access permissions, and resort requirements must be respected. The management agreement cannot override them.
No rental-income guarantee
Availability, demand, rates, lead time, guest cancellations, refunds, and processing affect results. A review or enrollment does not guarantee a booking, payout, use of every point, or recovery of ownership costs.
You retain ownership and its obligations
You remain responsible for maintenance fees, assessments, loan payments, account standing, and other ownership obligations. Points Managers management is not an ownership transfer, timeshare exit, debt cancellation, or release from your club contract.
Your agreement controls the financial terms
The signed agreement defines the service scope, inventory enrolled, compensation, revenue basis, owner share, applicable costs and adjustments, payment schedule, and termination process. Website explanations do not replace or amend those terms.
Changes to managed inventory
Discuss personal travel changes, point reallocations, or managed reservation changes with owner services before acting. Existing guest commitments, availability, cancellation restrictions, and deadlines determine the available options.
Guest and resort responsibilities
Managed guest communications do not replace resort check-in requirements or on-property rules. Guest names, identification, minimum age, occupancy, deposits, and fees depend on the resort and reservation. Resort staff control check-in and on-site services.
Capital Vacation Club
Points Managers is discontinuing its premium full-service offering for Capital Vacation Club owners. A separate program through Resort Owner Compass has its own eligibility, pricing, scope, and owner responsibilities.
