No promised rental outcome
The website does not promise a booking, rental rate, minimum income, maintenance-fee recovery, or preservation of expiring points. Your written management agreement controls compensation, owner proceeds, payout timing, cancellation handling, and termination.
Responsible use
Provide accurate inquiry information that you are authorized to share. Do not submit another person's details without permission, send unsolicited or abusive content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website. Public inquiry fields are not a channel for passwords, payment information, tax documents, or account credentials.

Points Managers LLC is independent from resort developers. Wyndham, Marriott Vacation Club, Hilton Grand Vacations, and other names identify the programs discussed and belong to their respective owners.
